Presentation 1: Capillary bunkers full offering

Purpose and use case: Presentation that can be used to present our bunker offering, to build trust by prospects. This is perfect as a sendout presentation. PDF it and attach when approaching clients.

How to use it: The idea with this presentation is that the first section can be presented to general managers who care more about ROI, budgets and player satisfaction. The second part speaks more to the superintendent/greenkeeper where we discuss installation processes, maintenance, etc. This can be used as a send out as it also contains some details that are included in our booklet.

Presentation 2: Comparison & ROI numbers

Purpose and use case: Presentation that can be used when you are compared to other liner options, or be presented to a green committee or general manager.

How to use it: This is a general presentation including all comparisons (installation, playability, durability & maintenance) and the ROI for our base case in the calculator. This can be used with prospect where we don’t have club data but we want to have a talk on liner options.

Presentation 3: Empty deck where you can paste a club’s data

Purpose and use case: Presentation that can be used when you are compared to other liner options, or be presented to a green committee or general manager. If you are meeting a specific club and have received their bunker data, you can paste the calculations from the calculator, based on their data, into this deck.

How to use it: Paste the data, both tables and graphs, directly into the right slide. Each slide is clearly defined what data that should go there.

When the project or deal goes slowly

Sometimes the sales process gets stuck after we have made an on-site visit, sent a quote or just presented our solution. Often, this is due to a lack of buy-in internally at the client's organization, or problem with budget. Here are a few strategies to assist prospects in building a case for renovation internally:

Offer a proof bunker

If you haven't already, offer a proof bunker to demonstrate the effectiveness of CapillaryFlow solutions in improving course conditions and water conservation. Propose to the customer that we'll renovate their most problematic bunker for $2,000. If they decide to purchase additional bunker renovations within the next 12 months, we'll refund the cost of the proof bunker. Learn what’s included in the flyer.

<aside> ❓ BACKGROUND - Many markets worldwide has a preconception that Capillary Bunkers is the most expensive option. First of all, we are often not but this is merely a planted argument from competition in the mind of customers. Secondly, we are the only liner option that can protect the club’s often most expensive investment, bunker sand, from degradation over time. Also, as our material is basically concrete it just gets stronger over time when not exposed to the sun, while other liners fail after 6-15 years. With our life span of liner and sand we can make an attractive cost calculation for our bunker system and the club itself.

Hence, it is our job to educate them to help them make sound investment choices.
